Privacy policy

Cabra is my consultancy. This policy explains in plain terms what happens to your information when you visit cabra-consulting.com (or its Spanish version, cabra.cl) or write to me. The short version: I use no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and the only thing I receive from you is what you send through the contact form.

The contact form

If you write to me, I receive by email what you entered: your name, company and email address and, if you provide them, your role, topic and message. Nothing else: not your IP address and no details of your browser. The message is not stored in any database; it arrives in my inbox and stays there.

I use that information only to answer your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you start with me. I do not sell or share it with anyone, and I will not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This site uses no cookies, no Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and no social media pixels. Everything you see (text, images and fonts) is served from cabra-consulting.com, so no third party receives any information about your visit.

Server logs

Like any website, the server logs technical details of each request: IP address, page requested, browser, date and approximate country. They are kept for 90 days in my own hosting account and used only for security and aggregate visit statistics, such as how many people saw the site in a week. I do not share them or use them to identify anyone.

Providers

The site runs on two providers that process data on my behalf, not for their own purposes:

• Amazon Web Services (United States): hosts the site, keeps the server logs and sends the contact form email.
• Google Workspace: my email, where messages arrive.

How long

Server logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. I keep emails for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its processing, under Chilean data-protection law (Law 19.628 and Law 21.719), by writing to hola@cabra.cl.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
